Position Overview: The Operations Team Head is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across departments. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership to achieve business objectives. Experience Required- Minimum 5years Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and introduce process improvements to streamline workflows. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear communication and performance accountability. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control to optimize operational expenses. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure teams meet organizational goals. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT) to align operational strategies with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Technology & Automation: Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and automate repetitive processes. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an operations leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent team management and communication abilities. Proficiency in project management and operational tools/software. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
