Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of daily salon operations in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role is essential to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient team coordination, and smooth overall business operations. Ideal candidates will bring proven leadership in hospitality, retail, or beauty services, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:Salon Operations

• Manage and supervise daily salon activities.
• Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client servicing.
• Oversee salon maintenance, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Maintain equipment and address operational issues promptly.

Team Management

• Supervise and support salon staff (stylists, receptionists, assistants).
• Plan staff shifts, monitor attendance, and manage time-off requests.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote teamwork.

Customer Service

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Handle client concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage loyalty programs, client retention initiatives, and service feedback.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitor product and supply inventory.
• Place and manage supply orders, ensuring timely availability.
• Control product usage and minimize wastage.

Technology & Software Oversight

• Operate salon management software for bookings, CRM, and POS.
• Train staff on system use and address tech issues when needed.
• Generate and analyze reports to improve efficiency and service.

Financial Oversight

• Assist with daily cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Track sales, productivity, and cost metrics.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll and commission calculations.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Maintain current licenses and compliance documentation.
• Implement salon policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in salon/spa or service operations management.
• Proficient in salon software and office tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented with a hands-on management style.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
