Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive – CCTV / Security Surveillance Location: Sector - 64, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive with experience in the CCTV and security surveillance industry . The candidate will support day-to-day operations, coordinate with technical teams, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor field operations for CCTV installations, maintenance, and service calls. Schedule and manage technicians, ensuring proper resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Track project progress and report delays, issues, or changes to the operations manager. Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Maintain records of work orders, service reports, inventory, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in procurement, inventory management, and logistics of CCTV equipment and materials. Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) operations including renewal tracking and service follow-ups. Assist in quality control by reviewing installation reports and performing spot checks as needed. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and suggest process improvements. Key Requirements: Graduate or Diploma holder (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Administration). 1-3 years of operational experience in the CCTV, security, or ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry. Understanding of CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and other security solutions. Ability to read basic technical layouts or BOQs is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to travel to client sites when needed. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems Basic knowledge of IP networking Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
