Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. This role involves backend operational support, data handling, and customer interaction management to ensure smooth functioning of our tech platform. Key Responsibilities: Handle creator and buyer queries across all active platforms Create and manage events, sessions, and courses on the company platform Lead hunting and onboarding for platform growth Check and confirm payments through backend systems Analyze churn data and generate performance reports Conduct weekly feedback and reference calls to past clients Data entry and system updates as per operational needs Required Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic understanding of digital platforms and content systems Comfortable using web dashboards and tracking tools Good grasp of Excel or similar data tools is a plus Mandatory Pre-Interview Requirement: All applicants are required to analyze our company’s product and features before attending the interview. Job Summary:We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented** Operations Executive to manage core operational activities like email/WhatsApp queries, KYC verification, event management, and lead generation. The role requires a quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset who can contribute to efficient workflow and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:📩 Communication Handling – Manage and respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp in a professional manner. 🧾 KYC Process Execution – Review and verify KYC documents for accuracy and compliance. 📅 Event Page Creation & Updates – Create new event listings and update event pages as per team or client inputs. 🎯 Lead Generation Support – Collect and maintain lead data from online platforms and ensure timely sharing with the relevant teams. 🧑‍💻 Data Management & Reporting – Maintain up-to-date logs for KYC status, queries handled, lead flow, and event progress. 🤝 Team & Admin Support – Support the operations team with miscellaneous backend and support tasks. Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/IT/Management preferred). 0–2 years of experience in operations, admin, or support. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi/Marathi preferred). Hands-on with basic tools: Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc. Familiarity with KYC and lead generation is an advantage. Immediate availability to join. Salary:💼 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
