Position: Operations Executive
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years (EdTech industry experience preferred)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (₹3 to ₹4.2 LPA)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or within 15 Days
Job Location: B Block, Sector 2, Noida (Nearest Metro Station – Sector 15)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 1st & 2nd Saturday Off | Sunday Fixed Off
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Our mission is to bridge the gap between learners and top universities, enabling flexible and accessible higher education
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations related to student enrollment, documentation, and application processes
Coordinate with university partners for timely updates and issue resolution
Maintain and update data accurately in CRM tools, Excel sheets, and internal records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational timelines
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance process quality
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (any relevant discipline)
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations (preferably in EdTech or education services)
Strong command over Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
