Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant Location: Ernakulam Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about enterprise software solutions and eager to develop their skills in ERP implementation. You will play a key role in delivering customized Odoo solutions by working closely with clients, developers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and translate business processes into functional specifications within the Odoo platform. Configure and implement core Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting. Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Perform functional testing and ensure quality assurance of module configurations and custom features. Train end-users and clients on Odoo functionalities and promote best practices. Support data migration and integration processes. Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Document workflows, configurations, and functional changes clearly and accurately. Stay up to date with Odoo's new features and participate in continuous learning initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Tech preferred). 0–1 year of experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Basic understanding of Odoo or similar ERP/CRM platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow with emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
