Job Description

3-8 years of experience


1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and rolling out offers.
  • Manage bulk and niche hiring mandates across FMCG, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.

2. Client Management

  • Liaise with client HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning needs.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market availability, talent trends, and compensation benchmarks.

3. Sourcing & Head-Hunting

  • Source and attract high-caliber candidates for middle and senior-level roles such as:
  • Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Account Managers
  • Brand Managers, Business Managers
  • Quality Assurance Managers, Regulatory Affairs Managers
  • Use various sourcing methods: Job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.

4. Screening & Assessment

  • Evaluate candidate profiles based on skills, experience, domain knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess communication, industry knowledge, and job readiness.

5. Coordination & Follow-up

  • Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely feedback at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
  • Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.

6. Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence

  • Conduct competitor and talent mapping to build a strong passive candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain an updated database of top talent across therapy areas, product categories, and regions.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, weekly reports, and MIS for client and internal review.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, client guidelines, and data privacy norms.

8. Employer Branding & Relationship Management

  • Represent client brands professionally and persuasively to potential candidates.
  • Build long-term candidate relationships to support future hiring needs.


Requirement

  • Minimum

    3-8 years of experience

    in

    non-IT recruitment

    with specialization in

    FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare hiring.

  • Proven success in hiring for sales and marketing roles, operations, and quality/compliance positions.
