Job Title: Node.js Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Node.js Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performing backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js.
Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Debug and resolve technical issues and production bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in backend development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
Good knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or other databases.
Proficient in API development and integration (REST/JSON).
Experience with authentication and authorization systems (JWT/OAuth).
Familiarity with version control (Git).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile development practices.

Good to Have:

Experience with Docker or containerization.
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React/Angular).
Unit testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
