Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Node.js Developer with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services

Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code

Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

1.5 to 2 years of experience in backend development with Node.js

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Express.js, and asynchronous programming

Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations

Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Knowledge of version control tools like Git

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with tools like Postman, Docker, or cloud services is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
