Job description

Technical Support

• Provide desktop and publishing software support (Adobe, MS Office, etc.).
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues, coordinate with the IT team for escalations.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and content management tools.

Social Media Handling

• Assist in planning and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc).
• Monitor engagement, respond to basic queries or comments, and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate with editorial and marketing teams for campaign content.

Content Designing

• Create visual content for social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Design infographics, quote cards, event posters, and e-catalogs as needed.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.

Presentation (PPT) Preparation

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use (author pitches, sales decks, editorial meetings).
• Work closely with editors and marketing teams to present data or concepts visually.

Video Creation & Editing

• Create short promotional or explainer videos for books, authors, or events.
• Edit video clips using basic tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or CapCut.
• Add subtitles, background music, and branding where required.

Content Management & Support

• Assist with uploading content to CMS or e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain digital asset folders, image libraries, and backups.

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain a calendar of content and technical support tasks.
• Document processes for repeatable creative or tech tasks.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
