Company: Cybercommand – Cybersecurity Startup

Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Hybrid Preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor

Compensation : 30000 INR Per month + Performance based commission


Position Overview

Cybercommand is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy MSSP Sales Specialist based out of Hyderabad to join our fast-growing Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and driving the adoption of our cybersecurity solutions across key sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and education.


This is an excellent opportunity for a 1–3-year experienced sales professional to accelerate their career in the booming cybersecurity industry as part of a high-growth startup.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
  • Target businesses across industries like

    healthcare, manufacturing, Education and mid-market enterprises

  • Maintain an active and growing sales pipeline

2. Sales Execution

  • Present and pitch Cybercommand’s MSSP offerings to decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver demos and tailor-fit proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and presentations to deal closure
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on progress

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales engagement process
  • Ensure smooth handoff to the delivery team and support initial onboarding

4. Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Share market intelligence and feedback with internal teams to strengthen offerings

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in

    IT, cybersecurity, or managed services

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (SOC, EDR, DLP, IAM, etc.) is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
  • Experience with clients in

    healthcare and manufacturing

    sectors is a plus
  • Based in

    Hyderabad

    with flexibility for hybrid or client visits as needed
