Role: Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing) Experience: 1–3 years Location: Delhi (Hybrid) Joining: Immediately Stipend/CTC: ₹4–5 LPA What You'll Be Doing: Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to deliver strong ROI Analyze campaign data and KPIs like CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to find winning formulas Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaigns with business goals Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance insights Create reports that communicate insights and results clearly to stakeholders What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in travel or related fields Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related analytics platforms Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills Creative approach to testing and optimization Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment Ready to join immediately Why Join Boketto?
