Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaign Management: • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of corporate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. • Develop and manage content for websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and press releases to support campaign goals. • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives and report on key metrics. Brand & Content Strategy: • Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing materials with brand identity and messaging. • Lead the creation and execution of marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content. • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality, impactful marketing assets. Digital Marketing & Social Media Leadership: • Manage and optimize social media platforms to maximize audience engagement and align with overall marketing strategy. • Oversee the management and updating of website content to ensure timely, relevant, and brand-compliant information. • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market insights to inform the development of effective marketing strategies. Event Coordination & Corporate Communications: • Take ownership of planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to drive brand awareness. • Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistency with brand voice. • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and content strategy across various channels. Market Research & Performance Reporting: • Lead the research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategic marketing initiatives. • Provide comprehensive performance reports, analyzing engagement data, ROI, and budget allocation for marketing campaigns. • Support the development of strategies to optimize marketing spend, improve campaign effectiveness, and achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing and executing marketing campaigns. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO, SEM). • Strong communication, writing, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.). • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and data-driven marketing. • Familiarity with video production and graphic design principles.
