Hiring Social Media Manager

Key Roles:

• Develop and implement result-driven social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage social media platforms independently (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars and creative strategies
• Create high-quality and engaging content including reels, posts, blogs, stories, ads, and more
• Monitor social trends, industry changes, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support brand visibility, follower growth, and customer engagement

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns
• Write SEO-friendly blogs and marketing content that drives organic growth
• Manage influencer collaborations and assist in executing Google Ads campaigns
• Support on-page and off-page SEO activities as needed
• Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest optimizations
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions in a timely, brand-consistent tone
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, best practices, and content trends
