MBA Fresher for B2B Sales Intern

We are looking for ambitious and energetic MBA Freshers who are eager to start their careers in Business Development within the fast-growing HR Tech and SaaS sector. This role provides hands-on experience in real-world B2B sales and client engagement.

As a Business Development Intern/Management Trainee, you’ll work in a hybrid model with 60% office-based and 40% field activities, where you will actively participate in lead generation, client meetings, sales conversions, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support lead generation efforts via outbound calls, emails, networking, and references
• Schedule and attend client meetings with senior team members
• Assist in product presentations and sales pitches to corporate clients
• Help build and manage a pipeline of potential leads across Mumbai and other metro cities
• Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams for campaign support
• Research market trends and support competitive analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA Freshers (Marketing, HR, or related specializations)
• Strong interest in B2B sales, corporate relations, or client acquisition
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings (40% field-based work)
• High energy, learning mindset, and goal-oriented approach

Internship Details:

• Job Type: Internship / Full-time (Based on performance)
• Stipend/CTC: Based on interview and performance
• Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi.
• Days: 6 Days Working
• Time: 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm
• Schedule: Fixed Morning Shift, Onsite Only
