Role Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support sales and business objectives
Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments
Work closely with the Sales & BD teams to align marketing efforts

🔹 Branding & Communication

Manage branding initiatives across events, collaterals, and communication materials
Ensure consistent messaging across brochures, presentations, outdoor branding, etc.

🔹 Events & Campaigns

Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, product demos, and customer engagement events
Coordinate with vendors for printing, logistics, and setup
Represent the company at industry events and expos

🔹 Partnerships & Market Development

Develop partnerships with industry bodies, associations, and regional agencies
Support dealer/distributor onboarding and brand visibility at their locations

🔹 Lead Generation & Reporting

Design and manage offline lead generation campaigns
Capture and analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years of experience in
field marketing, brand promotion, or B2B marketing
Strong understanding of
EPC/Solar/Infrastructure
industry preferred
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for events and regional activations
