Role Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends. Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency. Support the sales team with marketing materials and information. Organize and attend promotional events and exhibitions. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor analysis. Collaborate with graphic designers to create effective marketing materials. Assist in developing budgets for marketing activities. Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads). Nurture and build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Provide support in developing promotional materials and brochures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing or related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing needs. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software. Strong organizational skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
