Marketing Associate

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product to develop impactful marketing campaigns and assets. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and the company website.
• Create and manage engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop compelling pitch decks, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update the company website and landing pages using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
• Support the organization and promotion of webinars, virtual events, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, especially in the technology or software sector.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Prior experience working with a Microsoft Partner company will be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
