Job Description

Purpose:

To manage the overall operations of the Telephone Prayer Tower, ensuring efficient prayer support to callers, spiritual mentoring of intercessors, operational excellence, and alignment with the mission and values of the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:1. Spiritual Leadership & Prayer Ministry

  • Lead and guide the intercessory team in prayer ministry with spiritual maturity and compassion.
  • Ensure every call is handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and faith.
  • Conduct regular devotions, spiritual equipping, and mentoring sessions for the team.

2. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the TPT including shift scheduling, call flow management, call quality monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure 24/7 prayer support continuity with effective shift planning and manpower optimization.

3. Team Management & HR

  • Manage and motivate a team of intercessors (full-time/part-time/volunteers).
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and accountability in the team.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate reports on call volumes, testimonies, and prayer trends.
  • Analyze data and generate MIS reports for higher management on a weekly/monthly basis.

5. Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate with the IT/Tech team for smooth functioning of the prayer lines, software systems, and voice infrastructure.
  • Raise alerts and resolve technical issues proactively.

6. Ministry Expansion & Outreach

  • Collaborate with digital and outreach teams to increase the reach of the TPT services.
  • Encourage testimonies and engagement from callers for the ministry’s growth.

7. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met in each call.
  • Adhere to all data protection, call handling, and ministry guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; theological training is a plus.
  • Strong spiritual maturity and experience in prayer ministry.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of team leadership or operational management experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
  • Familiarity with call center systems, reporting tools, and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • Empathetic listener, prayerful attitude, and ministry-minded leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹591,090.22 - ₹2,057,304.80 per year
