Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning Advanced Process Automation and Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and deliver impactful solutions that align with our companys goals. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis activities to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical expertise in Automation Anywhere to streamline and automate business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within the supply chain management framework. Drive the execution of sales planning strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in process automation and supply chain management. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track project progress and outcomes. Qualifications Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on business analysis and planning. Demonstrate expertise in advanced process automation and Automation Anywhere. Have a solid understanding of supply chain management and sales planning & execution. Exhibit excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Show proficiency in developing and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth. Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
