What You’ll Do

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of microservices architecture.
• Ensure adherence to TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows SAFe Agile practices
  

Who You Are

Proven experience (8+ years) in Java and Java-related frameworks.

• Strong experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud development.
• Solid understanding of solution design principles and best practices.
• Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing solutions using Java and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
