Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in digital marketing and identify opportunities to leverage them for improved results.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute the department's strategic goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.


Technical Skills:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading digital marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
