Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30pm)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, team coordination, reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage and track project progress
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, documents, and performance dashboards
• Identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions
• Manage vendor/client communications professionally and in a timely manner
• Assist senior management with planning, resource allocation, and execution
• Monitor compliance with internal processes and external regulations
• Maintain clear records of tasks, processes, and communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
