What You'll Bring
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various departmental teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Education: A Masters / Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in business analysis or a related role – 6-8 years.
- Certifications: Certification in the Business Analytics
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
