Job Profile: Manager Accounts Department: Accounting & Finance Shift Timing: Day Shift Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary: Good understanding of accounting functions and processes. Excellent analytical skills with Process Analysis and Automation Identification Revenue Data Working Automation/Accounts Payable Automation/Accounts Receivable Automation/Payroll Automation/Expense Management Automation/Data Entry Automation Contribute to the development of best practices for accounting automation Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions Timely execution and completion of the identified automation opportunities. Qualifications: CA/CPA/master’s in accounting & finance or Equivalent Knowledge of US GAAP Preferable Strong Understanding of Accounting & Finance Theory Experience: Proficiency in Accounting Software NetSuite, Oracle, SQL, Advanced excel Relevant experience in preparation of Financial and Management accounts in a multi-site, decentralized organization. Firsthand experience of accounting, planning, budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals and volunteers. Problem solving ability. Strong team player. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational skills. Prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
