Objectives of this role • Design to Deliver Consulting Client Engagements across industries and geographies. • To develop value-creating business strategies and business models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase profitability. • To support the activities reacted GoTo-Market, Sales, Solutioning and Consulting Opportunities. • Perform task independently with thought leadership • To understand the impact/application of Emerging Technologies & Innovation on the Business Consulting and Supply Chain Strategy • Manage Client / Customer stakeholders and relationship Your tasks • Define, Design and Execute process modelling & simulation, as-is business process analysis, process governance & supply chain management and BPR. • Manage and execute various kind of E2E consulting engagements, large scale transformation and system implementation projects as process consultant • Lead the business / client requirements analysis, project and program management during enterprise wide transformation, includes doing as-is study, define to-be for processes, competitive analysis, market research, data Benchmarking and KPIs. • Manage and mentor team members • Drive additional business opportunities for Adamas to grow the consulting practice • Help in the consulting offering development activities Preferred skills and qualifications • All consultants must have Engineering and MBA/PGDM degree. • Support the GoTo-Market, Sales and Consulting Opportunities. • Manage Customer relationship and Consulting engagements across locations & geographies. • Experience in relevant industry and/or consulting experience in Operations strategy, Supply Chain strategy, defining and improving Target Operational Models.
