Job Summary

Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP, speech recognition, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate ML models into our products.
• Optimize AI-driven customer engagement solutions, including chatbots and conversational IVRs.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Continuously improve algorithms to enhance user experience and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and NLP to incorporate best practices.
• Monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues in real-world applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, speech recognition, and deep learning techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying ML models.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and real-time data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing AI-powered chatbots or voice assistants.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and recommendation systems.
