Logistics and Admin coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination

• Oversee the day-to-day coordination of diagnostic kits, sample collections, and courier operations
• Track and manage lab sample shipments (domestic & international) to ensure timely delivery and compliance
• Liaise with logistics partners, lab vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality in handling sensitive health data and materials
• Maintain inventory of supplies, kits, and equipment across clinics and partner locations

Administrative Support

• Coordinate appointments, assessments, and client onboarding processes
• Support clinic operations by managing calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain updated records of client documentation, test reports, and internal trackers
• Work closely with clinicians and the client experience team to ensure smooth flow of information and logistics

Operational Excellence

• Help develop and improve SOPs for logistics and administration workflows
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to logistics timelines, turnaround times, and client experience
• Provide backend support for events, workshops, or clinical days held at the center
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal teams for logistics/admin queries

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or administration (healthcare, wellness, or diagnostics preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail
