From executive visibility to thought leadership positioning, we build brands that command attention and trust on LinkedIn. We are currently expanding and looking for in-office team members in Indore. This role is critical, foundational, and designed for growth. The Role: The LinkedIn Strategist will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile personal branding accounts end-to-end. This is a high-trust, content-led role requiring independent thinking, strategic clarity, and flawless execution. The strategist will work directly from our Indore office and will serve as the operational backbone behind LinkedIn profiles belonging to global leaders. The role requires daily judgment, deep context awareness, and the ability to switch between client voices seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Ghostwriting thoughtful, high-context LinkedIn content in the voice of high-level clients — including founders, executives, and consultants. End-to-end management of client accounts on LinkedIn, with full ownership of content quality, cadence, and alignment. Coordinating publishing schedules, ensuring posts go out on time, with correct formatting, tone, and tagging. Leading day-to-day engagement from client profiles, including meaningful commenting and strategic outreach. Preparing and presenting weekly or monthly performance snapshots using simple metrics and dashboards. Proactively identifying content opportunities based on LinkedIn trends, audience response, and business objectives. Collaborating internally with the founder and design/editorial team to align visual and textual content. We are seeking a mid-level strategist, someone who brings maturity, responsibility, and proven content experience. We value individuals who are honest, consistent, and able to hold trust. This role requires deep focus, precision in execution, and the willingness to handle multiple personas and timelines simultaneously. It is especially suited to those who have worked in content agencies, editorial teams, or as freelance ghostwriters for CXOs or high-visibility professionals. Required Skills: Minimum 0.5-1 year of hands-on experience in content writing, ghostwriting, or personal branding Advanced English communication skills (written) crisp, natural, and context-sensitive In-depth understanding of how LinkedIn works: tone, formats, algorithms, and trends Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, basic reporting tools, and AI writing assistants Prior experience with managing content calendars and delivering to deadlines Strong research ability, including using ChatGPT and AI tools to support content flow Ability to mirror client tone- including VC, tech founder, coach, or corporate personas Salary Range: 25,000-35,000/month Location: This is a strictly in-office role at our Indore headquarters, located at Rajiv Gandhi Circle. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. We prefer candidates based in Indore or willing to relocate immediately with full-time commitment.
