Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn Account Manager located in Indore. The LinkedIn Account Manager will be responsible for crafting content leveraging AI, engagement and management strategies, executive visibility and strategies on LinkedIn. They will also manage outreach campaigns. This role is critical, foundational, and designed for growth. The Role: The LinkedIn Strategist will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile personal branding accounts end-to-end. This is a high-trust, content-led role requiring independent thinking, strategic clarity, and flawless execution. The strategist will work directly from our Indore office and will serve as the operational backbone behind LinkedIn profiles belonging to global leaders. The role requires daily judgment, deep context awareness, and the ability to switch between client voices seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Ghostwriting thoughtful, high-context LinkedIn content in the voice of high-level clients — including founders, executives, and consultants. End-to-end management of client accounts on LinkedIn, with full ownership of content quality, cadence, and alignment. Coordinating publishing schedules, ensuring posts go out on time, with correct formatting, tone, and tagging. Leading day-to-day engagement from client profiles, including meaningful commenting and strategic outreach. Preparing and presenting weekly or monthly performance snapshots using simple metrics and dashboards. Proactively identifying content opportunities based on LinkedIn trends, audience response, and business objectives. Collaborating internally with the founder and design/editorial team to align visual and textual content. We are seeking a mid-level strategist, someone who brings maturity, responsibility, and proven content experience. We value individuals who are honest, consistent, and able to hold trust. We're growing fast and are now looking for a driven, detail-oriented Intern to support us in managing client and internal LinkedIn operations . Location: Work From Office (Located at Rajeev Gandhi Circle) Commitment: 5 hours/day Stipend: ₹7000/month Duration: Minimum 6 months (with potential for final placement) Managing LinkedIn accounts (founders, professionals, and company pages) — including logging in, publishing posts, and ensuring everything is formatted professionally.
