Legal Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree in Law (

   LL.B

   .).
2. 5-9 years of post-qualification work experience in the In-House Legal Team
3. Experience in

   DRAFTING AND NEGOTIATING COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS

4. Knowledge of

   MS Excel

   , MS Word, PowerPoint Presentation

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Expertise

   in drafting,

   agreements, legal contracts

   , negotiation & closure. - drafting and vetting of commercial Contracts, Standard Drafts etc.

2. Preferred

   having Knowledge on:
3. Product Labelling,
4. Legal Metrology Act, FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics Act
5. Data Protection Laws
6. E-commerce Business
7. IPO, listing and QIP processes.

General Requirements:

1. Perfection in oral and written communication skills.
2. Experience with managing a technology solution (e.g., implementation of Tools)

Responsibilities:

a. Candidate will be a member of the RSPL Corporate Legal Team and work closely with the Head of Legal.

b. Candidate ‘s responsibilities shall include:

1. Drafting and vetting of commercial contracts/ MOUs/ policies including services agreements, NDA and standard terms and conditions, lease agreements; etc.
2. Drafting of Legal Notices, reply and management of all notices of company
3. Maintaining MIS. Keep records of all the agreements, litigation, legal compliance, checklist etc.
4. Litigation Support: Research on applicable Judgment in important ongoing cases
5. Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
6. Conduct legal research and advice to internal clients on other issues.
7. Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control.

c. Candidate will be a key contributor to developing and implementing the functioning of in-house legal department.
