Roles & responsibilities 1. The Legal Advisor will be expected to follow-up of various business-related legal matters, Real Estate Laws, drafting notices, Criminal litigation, Due Diligence, legal matters, Property Laws Experience in handling civil litigation, criminal litigation and arbitration & Filing of litigation. Filing of vakalatnama, Drafting of Legal Notices, drafting of reply to letters/notices, Statement of Case preparing LOD/Notes, pullout judgement/orders/maintain legal MIS etc. 3. To Make Documents (Sale, Purchase, Gift, cancellation etc.), Drafting of MOUs, confidentiality agreements, etc. 4. To Be Able to Search and Give Title of Property 5. Should Be Able to Attend Court Dates, Prepare Proper Replies. Proficiency in Civil/Criminal Matters. Should be efficient in Drafting, appearing before the Courts, Land Matters. 6. Review of the progress of litigations with business/operations team with specific advice/guidance on action plan, course of action for the speedy disposal. 7. Briefing the court cases to the senior management & follow ups and extending guidance to the company representatives on appearance in various courts. 8. Knowledge of property related law and rules. Preferred candidate profile 1. The candidate should be LLB with about 5 years of experience. 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Bangalore Real Estate. 3. Age: Above 25 Yrs (Male & Female Candidates). 4. Good Legal Proficiency in drafting & litigation. 5. Should be proficient in reading and writing in Kannada

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the finance function including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and cash flow planning. Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities for audits, funding, and regulatory matters. Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis for investment decisions and new project feasibility. Monitor internal controls, improve financial processes, and mitigate financial risks. Lead the preparation of CMA data and project reports for bank financing or investor presentations. Manage treasury operations including working capital management, fund utilization, and cost control initiatives. Support strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, or expansion plans. Implement and maintain ERP or financial systems to streamline finance operations. REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and drive financial discipline. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: 1.
