Are you a skilled litigation professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the corporate legal space? We’re looking for a Legal Manager (Litigation) to join our team!

In this role, you'll lead the charge on corporate legal disputes, represent the company in key proceedings, and offer strategic advice on litigation matters that truly matter. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong legal acumen, courtroom experience, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage corporate litigation end-to-end – from pre-litigation counseling to appeals.

Represent the company in civil, commercial, and regulatory proceedings.

Collaborate with external counsel on litigation strategy.

Draft and review legal documents – complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and more.

Advise internal teams on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Stay updated on relevant laws, rulings, and regulatory developments.

Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred

5+ years of experience in corporate litigation

Excellent analytical, drafting, and strategic thinking skills

Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
