Legal Manager

We are looking for Law graduate candidate with minimum 10 years of experience in the inductry as legal manager. He should have hands on experience and knowledge.

Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements as per company requirements.

Coordination with external advocates in filing/defending various cases in tribunals on behalf of the company.

Case status preparation for weekly and monthly meetings with management.

To monitor legal issues pertaining to the trust.

Prepare and file cases at forums and courts in pursuit of a claim against the Trust.

Research and prepare legal opinions/legal advice on various issues of the trust.

Service Contract Agreement drafting and verification of the scanned document.

Attend committee meetings and offer advice as required.

Clarifications to stakeholders on specific issues concerning the trust.

Handling the cases before the civil court and high court.

Represent and follow up on cases in various courts and take care of day-to-day matters.

Preparing legal documents for the assigned cases.

Daily follow-up of filing, status, and steps taken by legal departments or concerned persons.

Draft legal notices, applications, affidavits, plaints, written statements, memos, and various other documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
