Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Office of the CETO, leading and supporting a variety of strategic and special projects.
Executive Communication:
Develop compelling presentations and briefing materials for executive leadership and governance forums.
Governance Management:
Lead governance processes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Strategy Execution:
Drive the implementation of key FBS ET strategic initiatives, managing external partnerships and fostering internal collaboration.
Thought Leadership:
Contribute to the evolution of FBS ET strategy, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and emerging trends.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute major leadership events, including global strategy off-sites and leadership summits.
Industry Insight:
Continuously monitor the external environment, conduct benchmarking, and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
External Engagement:
Manage relationships with key external partners and industry bodies (e.g., NASSCOM, Gartner, Deloitte) from an FBS ET perspective.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure timely completion of compliance activities, including control testing, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and SOX compliance.
Special Projects:
Execute confidential and time-sensitive projects with a focus on detail, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines
Innovation and Trends:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry shifts, sharing insights and identifying innovation opportunities.
Leadership Engagement:
Support leadership participation in external technology forums and events.
Operational Excellence:
Proactively identify organizational bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: B.E., B.Tech., MBA, or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields.Experience: 8+ years in IT strategy, consulting, technology, or related roles with exposure to global delivery models.Key Skills
