Role Description


We are looking for someone who loves talking to people and wants to make a difference by helping us empower Australian healthcare providers & practitioners with the tools they need.


This is a full-time internship role for a Lead Generation Executive | Healthcare Technology Advisor (SDR) working remotely from home with competitive commissions for every qualified lead.


The role involves generating new leads, conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities.


The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, maintaining customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Kavanii's products and services.


  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients, including Allied Health professionals, specialists, and clinic administrators, through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Educating healthcare professionals on how Kavanii’s solutions enhance practice management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Assessing needs and qualifying leads by understanding challenges such as PMS compliance, patient management, and Cloud + digital transformation.
  • Qualify leads and manage the appointment booking process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales or onboarding team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead interactions, demo outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Scheduling and coordinating product demonstrations for HOM to showcase the value of Kavanii’s solutions through DEMOs that effectively showcase Kavanii’s value proposition.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients for demo presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align demo messaging with ongoing campaigns and client personas.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from demos to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Support the sales pipeline by nurturing leads through personalized follow-ups and engagement tactics


Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation and acquiring new leads
  • Strong market research and identification skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to drive sales opportunities
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT related field is preferred


Working hours are IST time 6.00 am to 12.30 pm
