Lead Finance Controller

We're Hiring: Lead – Financial Controller 📍 Location: Chattarpur, Delhi 📊 Reporting To: AVP – Finance Compensation - Upto 20 lacs GoldenBridge Search has been mandated to hire a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a passion for numbers, process, and leadership? We're looking for a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function at a fast-scaling retail business. What You’ll Do: ✅ Manage the full accounting function – GL, AP/AR, inventory, payroll, and fixed assets ✅ Drive timely month/quarter/year-end closures ✅ Prepare standalone and consolidated financials under Ind AS ✅ Own accounting policies and internal controls ✅ Lead the AP team with a strong focus on timely payments & vendor relations ✅ Ensure daily reconciliation of sale collections – take swift action on discrepancies ✅ Be the SAP Finance go-to – coordinate updates, test changes, ensure smooth usage ✅ Work closely with the tax team for all compliance ✅ Liaise with auditors for timely audits ✅ Build and mentor a strong accounting team ✅ Ensure complete financial compliance & reporting integrity What We’re Looking For: 🎓 CA with 4–7 years post-qualification experience (retail/FMCG/consumer goods preferred) 🏢 Articleship with a Big Four firm – a plus 👥 Team management experience 📘 Deep knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement prep 🛠️ Strong SAP hands-on experience – a must 📦 Experience in fixed asset & inventory accounting 🔍 Attention to detail, analytical mindset 🗣️ Great communication & leadership skills Bonus If You Have: 🏬 Retail or multi-location business experience 🤝 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills ⚡ Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments 🧠 A proactive, solution-first attitude Show more Show less
