Landscape Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, sections, layouts, and planting plans for landscape design using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools.
• Assist in developing hardscape and softscape details, irrigation layouts, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to translate design concepts into working drawings.
• Ensure technical drawings are accurate, updated, and meet company, client, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized drawing files and contribute to drawing revision logs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, civil, MEP) for drawing integration and clash resolution.
• Support in preparing tender packages, quantity take-offs, and BOQs when needed.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design development.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials including illustrative plans and diagrams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in landscape or site development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience with urban landscape, parks, streetscapes, residential or public realm projects is preferred.
• Understanding of landscape materials, plants, site grading, and detailing is desirable.
