Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Proficient in JMeter for performance and load testing, with hands-on experience in scripting and executing complex test scenarios.
Experienced in using Blazemeter for scalable and cloud-based performance testing.
Skilled in monitoring and analyzing system performance using Dynatrace, including root cause analysis and performance tuning.
Worked in Agile environments as a dedicated performance tester, actively participating in sprints and contributing to early-stage performance validation.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear reporting of performance issues and results.
Basic understanding of cloud technologies, including testing and monitoring applications deployed in cloud environments.
Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Wiki, and Jenkins for test management, documentation, and CI/CD integration.
Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO is a plus.
