This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in purchase coordination and supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the purchase team in day-to-day procurement tasks.Collect quotations from vendors and prepare comparison sheets.Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.Follow up with vendors for delivery timelines and order updates.Coordinate with internal teams for material and component requirements.Help maintain records of purchase transactions and stock updates.Assist in basic inventory checks and stock level monitoring.Provide administrative support in purchase documentation and filing.Required QualificationsEducation: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) – Any trade.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a purchase or coordination role.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and document handling.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn procurement processes and systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Nice to HaveInternship or brief experience in a purchasing, logistics, or warehouse environment.Exposure to inventory tools or ERP systems.
