Job Title : Junior Full-Stack Developer Experience : 0 -1 years Salary : ₹10k -40,k per month (negotiable based on experience and skills) Location : malapuram, Kerala Company : Euphoricoders Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description : Euphoricoders is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kozhikode . The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , along with a passion for building scalable web applications. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development: Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js. Assist in translating UI/UX designs into functional and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize frontend performance for a smooth user experience . Backend Development: Build and maintain secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange. Work on basic database management using MongoDB. Code Management & Testing: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Follow best practices for version control (Git) . Assist in bug fixing and performance optimization . Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers . Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Learn and stay updated with the latest web development technologies and best practices . Requirements:Experience: 0-2 years of experience in MERN stack development or relevant coursework/projects. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax . Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB . Understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) is a plus. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and basic backend logic. Experience with Git version control and collaborative development. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to work in a team and learn from experienced developers . Self-motivated and eager to improve technical skills . Nice-to-Have: Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js .
