Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Ensure optimal application performance and scalability through code reviews and architectural improvements.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance on frontend technologies like Angular and mobile development using Flutter.
• Develop complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
