Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning projects and establishing criteria for measuring project success. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with the team to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability.
• Develop specifications for all equipment required for each project.
• Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.
• Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
• Establish methods for administering field tests and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests.
• Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations.
• Manage and hire staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
• Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
• Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centres.
• Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required
• 2+ years’ related field and project planning experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Field management experience a plus
• Enterprise-level computer platform experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
