IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse the business requirement and asses the solution/design delivered by development team, review functional & load testing result to ensure stability, scalability, integration and integrity of production systems.

2. Handle change management/improvements in IT systems

3. Work with external vendors technical support teams to resolve issues and deliver strategic enhancements.

4. Manage performance of vendors and ensure that they comply with all SLAs, etc.

5. Monitor day to day activities, processes and ensure smooth functioning of IT operations.

6. Assist with special projects and other tasks, as required.

7. Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends.

8. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to top management.

9. Monitor and provide support to production streams and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs for supported applications

10. Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; BCA/MCA or equivalent.

2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

4. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

5. Technology background is must for the role.

6.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

7.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.
