Job Title: IT Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Executive / Manager Location: Full-Time (On-Site), Saisha Nilayam, M 43 & 44, near RK Lawn, Mansarovar Sector 7, Shipra Path, Raghu Vihar, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (No salary bar for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.) About the Role: We are looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals to join our dynamic sales team as IT Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Executives/Managers . This role is critical to our sales funnel and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales process for IT services including software development, web solutions, mobile applications, SaaS products, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B clients across industries and geographies. Generate high-quality leads via: LinkedIn outreach Email marketing Cold calling Freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) Web scraping tools Maintain and manage lead databases (CRM tools, spreadsheets, etc.). Qualify leads based on key parameters: budget, timeline, decision-making ability, and need. Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and tailor IT solutions. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and capability documents. Respond promptly to RFIs/RFPs with well-documented technical inputs. Work with technical teams to define scope, estimate efforts, and create timelines. Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and sales meetings. Requirements: For Executive Role: Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in IT lead generation or pre-sales. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Basic knowledge of software development life cycles and IT service models. For Manager Role: Experience: 3–5 years in IT lead generation, business analysis, or pre-sales. Expertise in writing proposals and creating technical documentation. Ability to lead and execute effective lead generation campaigns. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to business growth.
