With a reputation for quality and innovation, we are now expanding our footprint in the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region and are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead this initiative from our Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive international business development activities focused on the MENA region for our mineral and chemical product portfolio
• Identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships and distributors across target countries
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and generate new leads and business opportunities
• Manage pricing, negotiation, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and logistics teams
• Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to promote Sudarshan Group’s brand and offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and product literature
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and competitor analysis

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in international marketing or business development of

  mineral or chemical products

  , specifically in the

  MENA region

• Strong understanding of trade regulations, export documentation, and regional market dynamics
• Proven track record of closing international deals and expanding market presence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred
