International Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in South America.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and end-users.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for South American clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide insights on pricing, product modifications, and sales strategies specific to the South American market.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.

Travel & Representation

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events in South America.

• Conduct regular visits to key markets within the region.
