Integration Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Integration Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions that seamlessly connect Facilio with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to gather integration requirements and understand business use cases. Analyze and design tailored integration solutions involving REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows. Develop scripts or middleware services to facilitate integrations between Facilio and customer systems. Act as the primary technical liaison for customer integration queries and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance integration capabilities. Document integration approaches, scripts, and API interactions for internal and customer use. Must-Have Skills Strong communication skills , both written and verbal; capable of handling customer calls and email conversations with clarity and professionalism. Proven experience in requirement gathering and solutioning for API-based integrations. Hands-on expertise with REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms . Proficiency in scripting using any language (Python, Node.js, Bash, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
