Closely work with finance to reduce all fixed, semi-variable and variable costs. Production Planning and Execution Responsible for ensuring proper planning for budgeted production quantity . Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering Quality products on time. Negotiation with all contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders: Coordination with sales on delivery timelines, delays, and all other issues. Coordination with the supply chain. Vendor management with respect to on-time delivery, quality and cost. Coordination with Design for on-time release of drawings and product optimization. Vendor Management: Managing and Developing People Selection of production, Quality, planning, etc. Training of all zone leaders, group leaders, and managers. Safety and Quality Process Compliance Knowledge & Skills needed to deliver on the accountabilities: Technical skills Fabrication- Cutting and forming, Welding & Painting Processes. 5S and Shop Safety Know How. Techniques to Improve Production Efficiency Planning, Communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of QC Tools. Problem-solving skills and initiative Develop and sustain process improvement to manufacture Built-in quality products. Standardized work – Work instruction sheet, Workload balancing.
