Our British Council-certified trainers offer both online and offline coaching for IELTS, PTE, GRE, and TOEFL. We operate from our headquarters in Ahmedabad and have a branch in Surat.

Key Job Functions

1.

Institutional Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong ties with principals, deans, trustees, and faculty members.
  • Act as the bridge between D Vivid Consultant and academic institutions.
  • Understand institutional goals and design outreach solutions accordingly.
2.

Workshops, Seminars & Info Sessions

  • Plan and execute impactful workshops, orientation talks, and academic engagement sessions.
  • Customize presentation decks and training modules to suit various educational stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and enthusiastic participation on-site.
3.

MoU Signings & Strategic Collaborations

  • Identify partnership-worthy institutions and initiate Memorandums of Understanding.
  • Ensure MoUs are executed, renewed, and strategically implemented.
  • Evaluate and refine partnership outcomes to maximize mutual value.
4.

Brand Representation at Events

  • Represent the company at education fairs, student expos, and public forums.
  • Engage with students, parents, and academic leaders to share our mission and offerings.
  • Collect event insights to inform ongoing outreach improvements.
5.

Student Counseling & Lead Management

  • Offer preliminary counseling to students during campus visits.
  • Address initial queries and motivate prospects for in-person visits to our branches.
  • Maintain inquiry records, visit outcomes, and lead follow-ups systematically.
6.

Academic Networking & Market Intelligence

  • Build a wide and strategic academic contact network.
  • Attend relevant conferences and institutional gatherings to uncover collaboration opportunities.
  • Champion co-branded initiatives, joint events, and scholarship promotions.
7.

Reporting & Strategic Input

  • Document outreach efforts through detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze performance and propose data-backed strategies to amplify institutional reach.
  • Collect regular feedback to align with evolving education sector needs.
8.

Local Travel & Community Presence

  • Visit educational hubs regularly to ensure visibility and strong brand recall.
  • Cultivate a grassroots presence to foster trust, rapport, and long-term engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 years in institutional sales, academic outreach, or business development in the education sector.
  • Skills:

    Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking, presentation delivery, negotiation, and planning.
  • Language:

    Proficiency in

    Gujarati and English

    is a must.
  • Other:

    A personable, ethical communicator with a passion for student success and the ability to travel locally as required.
